When will my order ship?
We know how important it is for you to receive your items as soon as possible. So we work hard to make sure that items are shipped on time. Normally we ship within 1 business day if you are not receiving a personalized item. Please allow 3 business days for processing personalized orders.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes, we offer flat rate shipping. Please add all the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. They will all ship for one low price.
First Class Mail is $3.99 and Priority Mail is $7.99
Please make sure that we have the correct shipping address. We are not responsible if there is a problem with the address we received.
How are orders packaged?
We package orders very carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Items are placed in small jewelry bags and placed into a gift box. We do not put the charms/plates inside the locket unless you request that we do so.
