Return Policy

Do you accept returns? 

Yes.  If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 3 days of delivery.  

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure that you will receive high quality products. Items are packaged very securely in cotton filled gift boxes and are placed inside a bubble mailer or small box for shipping.

Custom items have been especially made to your specifications and therefore are uniquely YOURS and cannot be returned. Custom items can only be returned if they have a manufacturer's defect. Our picture charms and plates are considered custom items.

All items (excluding custom made) may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in the same condition as received. New, unused, unworn and in original packaging. You must notify us by email before returning items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

A replacement product will be mailed out for any merchandise that is damaged in transit or is defective. Claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be received within 48 hours of delivery. If a locket is received with broken glass a picture must be sent to us with the locket still in the original packaging. Items that are damaged after being used are not under warranty.
